Documentation discipline
We are a registered importer of record handling NAFEZA, ACID and GOEIC clearance in-house, fluent in NFSA positive-list and foreign-factory registration requirements. We can get your factory registered and your goods cleared, and we report back.
Hard-currency payment & FX
A bankable counterparty you can be paid by.
Every overseas principal knows the real risk in this market is not selling the product — it is getting paid out. Egypt’s FX cycle has stranded suppliers who appointed the wrong partner. We treat this as the first question, not the last.
We maintain banking relationships for trade finance and settle principals in hard currency on agreed terms — through the instruments your finance team works in, whether letter of credit, cash against documents or telegraphic transfer. We do not publish facility limits or bank references here; those, and the supporting credentials, are shared under NDA with your treasury team. What we will say plainly: you are dealing with a counterparty that already operates inside the banking system and pays on time, in the currency you invoice in.
IP, exclusivity & no diversion
Appointing a distributor means trusting them with your brand and your channel. Our posture is unambiguous, and we are willing to put it in the agreement.
We respect your IP
Your formulations, specifications and brand assets are handled under confidentiality. We do not pass technical detail to a competing factory, and we hold NDAs on file for the houses we represent.
We honour exclusivity
Where you grant a territory, we respect its boundaries and your agreed pricing. We will not knowingly represent a directly competing house in a way that conflicts with a grant we have accepted.
We don’t divert or grey-market
Your goods are sold inside the territory we are appointed for, through legitimate channels, at the positioning we agree. No re-export into your other markets, no grey diversion that undercuts your global pricing.
