2. No binding offer

Product information and any quotes are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. Any supply is governed by a separate written contract agreed per order, setting out price, specification, Incoterms, liability and recourse. No contract arises until such an agreement is signed.

The Innovote name, logo and site content are our property or licensed to us. Third-party and manufacturer names, marks and certificates belong to their respective owners; their appearance here does not imply endorsement or partnership, and any manufacturer’s certifications remain the manufacturer’s.

4. No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Specifications, availability and pricing must be confirmed in writing per order.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law, including for fraud or gross negligence.

You must not scrape or harvest data by automated means, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the site or its security.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights under applicable local law.
