On lines we agree to take onto our own book, we buy the goods onto our own book and clear them into Egypt ourselves. If anything goes wrong, you deal with us — a company you can reach in Egypt — not a factory abroad. The exact terms for each order are set in writing.
An outsider signs off the quality.
Before goods ship on the lines we carry, an independent third party inspects them against your specification. The verdict comes from an inspector independent of both us and the factory — so it is theirs to give.
A named person owns your order.
One contact carries your order from first brief to final delivery and answers for it directly — a real name, and a direct line. When something needs fixing, you know exactly who.
We publish what we can stand behind.
Where we cite a figure, it is real; where we show a certificate, it is verifiable; and we name a client only with their written agreement.
We tell you which model applies to your order.
Our model is mixed by design. On some lines we own the goods outright and carry the full risk above; on others we source and import on your behalf. We tell you up front which one applies to your order.
