The real problem

A stopped loom is the most expensive thing in the mill.

Weaving-mill managers and loom technicians come to us with the same four pressures. We’re built to take them off your floor.

It has to fit your loom.

A harness cord or board is specified to the machine, the harness tie and the fabric. We match accessories to your loom make and your weave, beyond a generic part.

Consumables can’t run out.

Cords, papers and springs wear and get replaced on schedule. On lines we buy onto our own book, we hold stock and replenish, so a change-out never waits on a shipment.

Made-to-order, made right.

Harnesses, custom tooling and contract CNC/slitting have to arrive built to drawing. We carry the brief to the maker and back, and stand behind what lands.

One brief, one accountable counterpart.

You get a single accountable counterpart in Egypt: one party that takes the spec, sources the match, imports it, and answers for it from first sample to delivered.

Technical Sourcing

You give us the loom, the harness tie and the fabric; we match the accessory.

  • Read the machine — make, harness tie and fabric, not just a part number.
  • Match the spec — cord construction, board material, paper and spring to your loom.
  • Carry made-to-order harnesses and contract CNC/slitting to drawing.
On the lines we take to our own book

Owned-Risk Supply

On selected lines we own it — stock, cost and risk on our own book.

  • We buy it onto our own book and import it under our own name.
  • Independent inspection commissioned before shipment where appropriate.
  • Warehoused and replenished in Egypt, so a change-out never waits on a shipment.
A complete brief

What to send us — and we’ll match it

The more of this we have, the faster we match and the tighter the price.

Loom make & model

e.g. Stäubli, Bonas, Grosse, Müller, J.Müller, Vaupel, M.E.I.

Accessory & spec

What you need — cord, board, paper, spring, sleeve — and its construction.

Fabric & application

Label, carpet/velvet, home textiles, terry towel or waterjet.

Harness tie / drawing

For made-to-order harnesses and custom tooling, the tie and the drawing.

Quantity & cadence

Trial quantity, running volume, and how often you’ll replenish.

Samples on hand

A worn part or sample we can match is the fastest brief of all.

We also source —

One desk, many markets. The same owned-risk capability runs across every line we carry.

Next step

Send the loom and the part. We’ll source the match — and own the outcome on the lines we carry.

Whether it’s a single change-out or a standing consumables line we hold and replenish, it starts the same way: with your loom and your spec. Send it through and we’ll come back with a matched quote.
