We source the resin — and own the outcome.
PET by IV grade — bottle, preform and sheet — plus PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, masterbatch, additives and food-contact rPET, matched to your conversion process and supplied across Egypt. On the lines we take to our own book, we buy the goods onto our own book, commission independent QC, and import them under our own name.
The polymers we carry, up close.
Virgin and recycled grades, masterbatch and pigment — specified by grade, every time. Representative imagery, graded to brand.
Representative raw-material imagery, graded to brand. Not photographs of a specific lot or our own facility.
A resin that runs clean, holds its grade, and carries the paperwork.
Converters and packaging engineers come to us with the same four pressures.
Grade drift between lots.
A drum that meets spec on paper but shifts in IV or MFI lot to lot turns into rejects at the press. We match to a fixed grade window and hold the make to it.
It has to run on my line.
The wrong melt flow or density stalls injection, stretch-blow, extrusion or thermoforming. We source to your conversion process, beyond the polymer name.
The food-contact paperwork your customer needs.
Your customer asks for migration compliance against EU 10/2011 or FDA. We assemble the document pack from the maker so the requirement is met on file.
Import exposure on a weekly material.
Pre-payment, customs and a long lead on a line you run every week is risk you carry alone today. On the lines we take to our own book, we carry it for you.
The polymers we carry
Food-grade resins and the colour and additive systems that run with them — specified by grade, to the number.
PET — bottle & preform
By IV grade · stretch-blow / injection · clear & coloured.
PET — sheet
By IV grade · thermoforming · APET / food-contact.
rPET (recycled)
Food-contact where applicable · recyclate content to spec · migration compliance pack.
Polypropylene (PP)
By MFI · injection / thermoforming · homo & copolymer.
HDPE
By density & MFI · blow / injection · food-contact grades.
LDPE / LLDPE
By density & MFI · extrusion / film / lamination.
Masterbatch & additives
Colour to reference · process aids · food-contact carriers.
Two ways we back it.
Technical Sourcing
We match the grade first, then the price.
- Source to your spec — polymer grade, IV or MFI, density and process.
- Match to a maker who can hold that grade window, lot to lot.
- Pass through the maker’s CoA and arrange independent testing on request.
Owned-Risk Supply
We carry the risk; you carry the resin.
- We buy it onto our own book against your signed-off grade — we supply and import it under our own name.
- Independent third-party QC where appropriate before shipment.
- Warehoused and replenished on your schedule — you draw down the resin while we carry the risk.
What to send us — and we’ll match a grade
The more of this we have, the faster we match and quote.
Polymer & application
e.g. PET preform, PP thermoformed tray, HDPE bottle.
Target grade
IV for PET; MFI and density for PP/PE.
Conversion process
Injection, stretch-blow, extrusion or thermoforming.
Food-contact requirement
e.g. EU 10/2011, FDA, plus any customer-specific spec.
Colour / recyclate
Masterbatch reference, and recyclate content if rPET.
Volume & cadence
Per order, delivery cadence, and destination in Egypt.
Need the paperwork?
Request the maker’s Declaration of Compliance (food-contact), the TDS — with IV and residual acetaldehyde for PET water-bottle grades — and, for rPET, the recyclate’s food-contact process authorisation. We assemble it from the maker — we collate it; we do not issue certificates. Where it’s still pending, we source it or tell you it’s on the way.
One desk, six markets. The same owned-risk capability runs across every line we carry.
Send the spec. We’ll match the grade — and back it.
Give us the polymer, the grade window and your conversion process. We’ll match a resin that runs on your line, assemble the food-contact paperwork from the maker, and — on the lines we take to our own book — buy it onto our own book, QC it and import it under our own name.
