We import as the record holder, clear through NAFEZA, ACID and GOEIC ourselves, and coordinate delivery and commissioning support against the agreed date — with spares and after-sales arranged, not an afterthought.

Import on your behalf · Illustrative scenario

The situation

A company has already found the overseas supplier it wants — but it has no import card or LC line, isn’t set up for NAFEZA/ACID/GOEIC/NFSA, and doesn’t want the importer-of-record liability sitting on its own balance sheet. It needs someone to import that chosen supplier and carry the file.

What Innovote does

We import the supplier the client already chose. We become importer of record, run the customs and regulatory process — NAFEZA, ACID, GOEIC, NFSA where it applies — manage FX and document discipline, and hand over cleared goods inside Egypt with the paperwork complete. Crucially, the import-of-record liability stops with us, not the client.

A packaging converter needs a specific resin grade — say a particular PET IV for preforms — at food-contact compliance, with reliable allocation in a market where grade and supply tighten without warning. They need the right grade, the migration documentation, and a supplier who won’t leave them short mid-run.

We confirm the exact grade against the application — IV, melt-flow, food-contact status — and supply with the resin TDS and migration documentation (EU 10/2011 / FDA 21 CFR) the converter’s own QA and customers expect. We keep the food-grade versus food-safe distinction honest, source from genuine principals, and quote a landed cost that accounts for FX and freight so there are no surprises mid-run.
